Georgie Dudka and David Jones met while working with the Halifax Jazz Festival in the early 2010’s. Once they recognized their successes working as a team, Georgie entered a funded mentorship program with the Halifax Jazz Festival and David’s previous business, David Jones and Associates to expand his knowledge in strategic business planning and logistics. Over the past several years, they have spent their time strategizing business, logistics and communications plans for a variety of large and small scale projects and businesses in the Maritimes. During the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, their focus has included creating, documenting and managing COVID-19 protocol and plans for business projects, productions and events to be approved by Public Health and applicable provincial or municipal government departments. Both partners are known for practical strategic thinking & planning skills; a collaborative and inclusive approach; creative problem solving; and successful project management.
During early 2020, Georgie and David decided to extend their services to a larger client base, and worked diligently on their business plan. On completion of the business plan in early 2022, Dudka & Jones Partnership was registered and is now operational. Georgie and David look forward to many more years of working and strategizing together.
Georgie Dudka
Georgie Dudka is a Logistics & Operations nerd with a passion for systems and problem solving. With a diverse background in Sound Engineering, Building and Logistics, he is known for addressing business operation gaps with creative and intuitive approaches.
Georgie has spent the last 15 years working in the NS Music and Events industry predominantly focused on event, festival and project development and management. Clients have included Halifax Jazz Festival, In the Dead of Winter Music Festival, Halifax Pop Explosion, East Coast Music Association, Good Robot Brewing Company and others.

David Jones
David Jones is an outcomes-driven, seasoned marketing consultant with a solid reputation for delivering strategic business solutions, communications, brand and promotion consultation to local businesses & organizations.
For over 25 years, he has coached and consulted with dozens of Nova Scotia companies directly and on behalf of the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA), the Centre For Entrepreneurship Education & Development (CEED), the Dalhousie College of Continuing Education (Henson College) and the Business Development Bank, providing marketing strategies, planning and consultation.
